Refund Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day reflection period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

RefundsWe will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info.towndress@gmail.com.

TOWNDRESs will not accept any unreasonable dispute, including but not limited to: 1. The buyer doesn't like it. 2. The product description is not real. 3. The products have an unusual odor. 4. The buyer ordered the wrong items. 5. The shipping address was provided incorrectly. 6. The product difference was negotiated in advance. 7. Tracking information cleared from logistics companies or local post offices. 8. In some cases, packages are returned/rejected/held due to the recipient's failure to complete customs clearance work in line with the foreign trade policies of some countries.
